What payment method is accepted?+
Cash is the only accepted payment method. A deposit is required to reserve your tour date and time.
What if the weather is unsafe?+
The operator makes the final safety decision. If the tour cannot operate because of weather, a Port Captain closure, a mechanical safety issue, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the amount paid becomes a booking credit valid for 12 months; no cash refund is issued.
